We had a visitor from Dorking museum who came to talk to us about Fossils, Dinosaurs and what the world would have been like when they were alive.
We made dinosaur footprints and looked at the size to scale of a dinosaurs footprint. Our visitor was pleased with how enthusiastic the children were learning about the “Dig it Up” topic.
We finished the day by travelling back in time and interviewing Mary Anning (British Palaeontologist and fossil collector).
